Binswanger Sells Former LSI Logic Facility in Colorado Springs to Growing X-ray Technology Company (Business Wire via Yahoo! Finance)

DENVER----April 11, 2006--Binswanger is pleased to announce the sale of LSI Logic Corporation's 239,200 sq. ft. facility on 39 acres in Colorado Springs, Colo., to dpiX, LLC. dpiX will begin immediately retrofitting the facility, which eventually will employ approximately 125 people.
