Office Depot reaches settlement in pay suit (Rocky Mountain News)

Chain retailer Office Depot reached a $3.3 million settlement Monday on overtime pay in a Colorado class-action case just before it went to trial. "It was hard fought, down to the end," said plaintiff counsel Joe Zonies.
