State index up 2% for week (Rocky Mountain News)

An index of Colorado stocks rose this week, led by Titanium Metals Corp., MDC Holdings Inc. and Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc. The Bloomberg Rocky Mountain News Index, a price-weighted list of companies based in the state, gained 5.62, or 2 percent, to 292.88 for the week.
